Santa's CoWork Shop Terms & Conditions

By accessing and using this service, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.  In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.  And participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement.  If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Refund Policy - No refunds shall be given after packages have been received by Community CoWorks, or 10 days after entering into this agreement, whichever comes first.  No refunds for wrapping parties will be given within 48 hours of the event.  No packages will be released to you if you have an outstanding balance with us, until the balance is paid.

Community CoWorks is not responsible for packages that have not been received into our system.  You will be notified of that we have received a package within 2 business days of our receipt of the package.  Community CoWorks will not be held liable for packages whose tracking information indicates the package was left at 3030 Laura Lane Suite 200 without a signature, or with a signature of any party that is not affiliated with Community CoWorks.

Community CoWorks will advise you within 48 hours of the receipt of the package that a package appears to be damaged.  You may inspect the package within 5 business days of the notice of possible damage, and the disposition of the package at that time is solely at your discretion. Community CoWorks is not responsible for any damaged packaging if no action is taken to inspect the package within that 5 day window.  Community CoWorks is not liable for damage to any property that cannot be seen with the naked eye, e.g., packaged contents are damaged but the box or container appears undamaged.

Packages must be picked up at the time you have scheduled with us.  Community CoWorks is not responsible for packages that remain at our facility past the holiday or event they are intended for if you did not pick up your packages at your scheduled time.  Community CoWorks will close promptly at 5 pm on December 24th, 2020 and will reopen at 8:30 am on December 28th.  

Packages will be released ONLY to the authorized users of your account.  Current photo ID such as a drivers license or passport must be presented prior to the release of your packages.
